Glasstex fiberglass wallcovering is made from natural fiberglass yarn that
is woven into various textures and patterns. The raw materials used come
from natural minerals without poison and harmful toxins. A high temperature
of 1,400 C is applied to the material to ensure sanitary requirements. It
is woven with 100% quartz fiber; no poisonous gases and smoke are
released when heated, so this product is poison-free and safe.
There are more than 20 textures and patterns available that are widely used
in hospitals, airports, hotels, subways, cinemas, international exhibition
centers, office building and household decorating. This material is characterized
by its ventilating, mold-proof, crack resistance, easy painting and strong adhesion
properties.
Being plain woven by PVC coated glass fiber yarn, it has many good
properties such as breath freely, sunlight proof, ultraviolet radiation proof,
corrosion resistance, easy to wash, shape steady, long lifetime, delicacy
and straight in handle and so on. It is widely used for air exchange and
insect proof in architecture, field, garden, vegetable shed.
We have researched and produced fiberglass based fabrics, they are
woven by making use of un-texturized yarn as warp and texturized yarn
as weft. It has many good properties such as high tensile strength, low
expanding modulus, excellent heat resistance and corrosion resistance
properties. It is also a perfect substitute for fiberglass mats and checked
cloth.
